HUNGARIAN GRAND PRIX - BUDAPEST :: RACE ANALYSIS

This particular race, which is a high downforce track, proved that Ferrari is faster than McLaren although, the gap keeps varying between circuits. The only thing that could've seen Kimi taking the chequered flag was him qualifying ahead of Lewis. He was stuck behind Lewis for all the race and that is the most frustrating thing in the world. Having a faster car and not being able to get by your rivals', is most definitely not easy. Lewis drove an inch perfect race, much like Michael used to do and Kimi does. Alonso showed in qualifying that he is not a true champion by unsportingly destroying Lewis' chances of pole. He doesn't deserve his place. He is a good at developing good cars to very good cars, he is very consistent and he is a great defensive driver. But, all these, unfortunately doesn't make him a true champion. He won't be a legend no matter how many Championships he bags. He lacks that self-confidence that sees Champions gain upper hand over others in the politically correct manner.
